A scotch blend that waaaaay better than the JW double black, but that’s not saying too much considering that JW tasted kinda shitty, but the Buchanan’s isn’t thaaat much better.
It is a little more tolerable; however, still not something I would prefer to drink or pay for at a bar, unless there’s no other choice and if that’s the case you should find a better bar…
Buchanan’s Deluxe 12yr
Nose: light peat, orange, butterscotch
Palate: light peat continues, vanilla, oily mouthfeel, citrus
Finish: long, bitter, peat all the way through
