Old Forester 1870: JAWS Rating 5/10

The Whiskey Noob review Old Forester

Old Forester 1870

A Whiskey Review by The Whiskey Noob

$20 bucks…that’s why I gave this a shot…

$20 bucks…and well…meeehhh…it was…drinkable.

This is probably what I would reach for once I already drank my good shit.

It would be good to drink to maintain a buzz or something.  Maybe offer it up to people who wants to take shots of something.  If they don’t know any better then I’m sure these fool swould have thought you brought your “good” shit.  Little do they know that you just wanted to off-load your 5/10 JAWS rated whiskey to them…Ha!

Either way, if you brought this at a party, it most likely would be gone by the end of the night.

I’d probably to mix this in a cocktail because I definitely did not enjoy any of this, but at least it didn’t make me want to start a fire in the forest. There are better options out there for $20 like Buffalo Trace or Glen Moray (see Scotch Menu) that you can actually enjoy neat…

Soooo don’t settle guys…

Don’t be like me…I’ll do all the dirty work for you cuz I care…

I’m THAT kinda guy…

You are welcome society!
