Hakushu 12 Year Old Japanese Whisky
A Whiskey Review by The Whiskey Noob
Discontinued….damn…another one bites the dust.
Seems like all the Japanese whiskies with age statements are going away so you better go git u one!!! This one was gifted to me from wifey for Father’s Day (after I bought it for myself, ha!)
It was a little harder to find, but luckily I was able to grab the last one. It is pretty damn tasty, better than most Japanese whiskies I’ve tried so far and stays on the level of the Hibikis and Yamazakis. So if you can find some, buy a couple cuz you might never see them in the wild again!
And when you do actually find one, make sure you don’t overpay!
I got mine for about $90 which I know is still jacked up a little, but now that word is getting out that they’re all being discontinued, I’ve seen them go for $200+.
So don’t let them do that to you!
Hakushu 12 yr
