Macallan Double Oak 12 year old
A Whiskey Review by The Whiskey Noob
Got this as a gift and was pretty excited to try it, thinking it was gonna be another great variation from Macallan.
Unfortunately, I was wrong.
A lot less complex than I thought it would be.
Very boring, but still not as bad as others that I have had before so still drinkable. If I saw this at a bar, I’d definitely look for something better.
Macallan 12 yr Double Cask
Nose: raisins, cinnamon, butterscotch
Palate: creamy, cinnamon, toffee
Finish: short, vanilla, little bitter, little spice, little boring
